Send Work, Not a CV.

A small senior team, working remotely across time zones. We hire when the work demands it — and we will always tell you straight where you stand.

Short answer

We are a small senior team and we hire when a project genuinely needs someone, not on a schedule. There is no permanent job board here. If your work is strong, send it — we keep good people on file and reach out when the work fits.

Open roles right now

We do not keep a permanent list of open positions, and we would rather say that than post roles we are not actively hiring for.

We bring people in when a project needs a skill we do not already cover. That happens across web development, front-end, React Native, paid media, motion and video editing, and technical SEO.

If that is your area, send your work anyway. We keep strong applications on file and come back to them when the right project lands — which is genuinely how most of our collaborations have started.

How we actually work

  • Remote, across time zones. We work with people wherever they are. Overlap matters more than location.
  • Small and senior. No layers of account management between you and the work. You talk to the client, you see the outcome.
  • Project-based, mostly. Some relationships turn into ongoing retainers. Most start as a defined piece of work with a clear scope.
  • AI-assisted, human-decided. We use AI tools heavily to move faster on the parts that do not need judgement. The judgement is still the job, and it is still yours.

What we look for

In order of how much it matters to us:

  • Work we can look at. A live site, a shipped app, a campaign with numbers, a portfolio. One real thing beats a page of adjectives.
  • You finish things. Starting is easy and common. Shipping, then fixing what broke after launch, is rarer and worth more.
  • You say when something is a bad idea. We would rather hear "that will not work, here is why" than watch someone build it anyway.
  • You write clearly. Remote work is mostly writing. If your message is confusing, the project will be too.
  • You use AI well. Not as a replacement for skill — as leverage on top of it. Knowing what to check is the skill.

What we do not look for

  • Degrees or certificates on their own. They are fine. They are not evidence. The work is.
  • Years of experience as a number. Ten years of repeating one year is common in this industry.
  • Generic applications. If the message could have been sent to fifty agencies, it reads like it was.

How to apply

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Work — [your discipline]" and include:

  • Two or three links to real work and one line each on what part was yours.
  • What you want to be doing more of. Not what you think we want to hear.
  • Your availability and how you prefer to be engaged — full-time, part-time, per project.

You will get a reply either way. If it is a no, it will be a clear no rather than silence.

Freelancers and partners

A large share of the people we work with are independent specialists rather than employees, and that suits us both. If you run your own practice and want overflow work in your discipline, say so in your email — we will tell you honestly how often that kind of work comes up.

We pay on agreed terms and we do not ask for free pitch work. If we want to test a fit, we pay for a small paid trial piece.

Send us your work

No open role needed. Strong applications stay on file and we come back to them when the project fits.
