Get Help, Fast.
No ticket queue and no chatbot. Whatever you send reaches a person — here is the fastest route and what to include.
WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us and usually gets a reply within a couple of hours during business hours. Email works for anything that needs a record. Every message reaches a person — there is no ticket queue and no bot.
How to reach us
WhatsApp is fastest. Message +971 55 141 0797 for anything urgent, or when a screenshot explains the problem better than a paragraph.
Email for anything that needs a record — quotes, scope changes, invoices, or a fault you want tracked. Write to [email protected] or use the contact form.
There is no ticket system and no chatbot in the middle. Whatever you send lands with a person.
What our response times actually are
These are what we work to, not a marketing promise:
- WhatsApp, business hours: usually within a couple of hours.
- Email: within one business day.
- Site down or a live store not taking orders: treat it as urgent — message WhatsApp and say "site down" in the first line. That jumps the queue.
- Weekends and public holidays: slower for anything that is not an outage.
If you have not heard back and the time above has passed, chase us. It means something did not arrive, not that you are being ignored.
What to send so we can fix it faster
Most delays come from a missing detail rather than a hard problem. Four things solve almost everything:
- The exact page address. Copy it from the browser bar rather than describing it.
- A screenshot or screen recording. On a phone, a short video is usually clearer than a photo.
- What device and browser you are on — iPhone Safari, Android Chrome, Windows Edge. Many faults only appear on one.
- What you expected to happen. "The button does nothing" and "the button should open WhatsApp" lead to very different checks.
Common issues you can fix yourself
I updated the site but I still see the old version
Almost always browser caching. Hard-refresh with Ctrl + Shift + R on Windows or Cmd + Shift + R on Mac, or open the page in a private window. If a private window shows the new version, your browser was holding the old files.
My contact form emails are going to spam
Mark one as "not spam" — that trains your provider for future messages. If it keeps happening, tell us and we will check the domain's email authentication records.
Someone says my site is down but it loads for me
Often a local network or DNS issue on their side. Ask them to try mobile data instead of wifi. If it is genuinely down, we will see it too — send it to WhatsApp.
I forgot my admin or hosting password
Do not brute-force it and risk a lockout. Message us and we will reset it properly.
If you are an existing client
Small text and image edits are included for the first 30 days after launch. After that you can request changes as needed, or take a monthly care plan covering updates, backups, security patching and uptime monitoring.
You own your hosting, domain and source files either way. Nothing is held hostage, and you can take the project elsewhere at any time without asking our permission.
What we do not support
Being straight about this saves everyone time:
- Software we did not build or take over. We can quote for an audit first, but we will not debug an unknown codebase for free.
- Third-party platform faults — an outage at your payment provider or hosting company is theirs to fix. We will help you identify it and chase them.
- Anything requiring credentials you have not authorised us to hold. We will always ask rather than assume.
Still stuck?
Send it over with the four details above and we will tell you straight what is happening and what it takes to fix.
