Get Cited. Not Just Ranked.
Search now answers before it links. We make your business the source those answers quote — across Google, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity.
What Modern Search Optimisation Actually Involves
AI Answer Optimisation
Restructuring your pages so answer engines can lift a clean, quotable response — the single biggest change in search since mobile.
Technical SEO
Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexing, internal linking and site architecture. The unglamorous work that lifts every page at once.
Schema & Entity Markup
Structured data is the API between your website and an AI system. It tells machines what you are, not just what words you used.
Intent-Led Keywords
Mapping what your buyers actually type — and separating the questions AI will answer for free from the searches that still convert.
Answer-First Content
Pages that resolve the question in the first 60 words, then earn the scroll. Humans skim it; machines can quote it.
Visibility Reporting
Rankings, organic traffic, enquiries — plus where you appear in AI answers, which no standard rank tracker will show you.
Rank in Google. Get Quoted by AI.
Search changed more between 2024 and 2026 than in the decade before it. AI Overviews now appear on roughly half of all queries, and a growing share of research happens inside ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity instead of on a results page. Ranking still matters — it just stopped being the whole job.
Audit — human and machine
We crawl your site the way Google does, then run your most important questions through ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity to see who gets cited today. That second half is the part almost nobody checks, and it is usually where the gap is.
Fix the foundation
Core Web Vitals, indexing, internal linking, schema, and making sure your text lives in the raw HTML. AI crawlers frequently skip JavaScript — if your content assembles itself in the browser, it can be invisible to them.
Rebuild for extraction
Every priority page gets a direct answer in its opening lines, headings phrased as the questions people actually ask, and original detail worth quoting. Recycled content gets ignored by both audiences.
Earn authority, then measure
Relevant links and genuine third-party mentions still move the needle — and they feed AI trust signals too. We re-run the same citation tests each month so you can see movement, not just rankings.
Exactly What Lands in Your Hands
Dual-visibility audit
Your technical health report plus a baseline of where you are cited across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity today.
Technical remediation
Speed, crawlability, indexation, internal links and canonical structure fixed at the template level so the gains compound.
Schema & entity layer
Organisation, Service, FAQ, Article and Breadcrumb markup — validated, not guessed — so machines can parse who you are and what you do.
Answer-first content
New and rewritten pages structured for extraction: direct answers, question-shaped headings, original data, visible author and update dates.
Authority building
Earned links and third-party mentions from relevant sources. No private networks, no bought placements, nothing that risks the domain.
Monthly reporting
Rankings and traffic as standard, plus AI citation tracking and a plain-language note on what changed and what is next.
Realistic timeline: technical fixes often show movement in 4–6 weeks. AI citations can appear faster than rankings — sometimes within a month of restructuring a page — because answer engines re-crawl aggressively. Competitive commercial keywords still take 3–6 months. Anyone promising page one in 30 days is either targeting searches nobody makes, or using tactics that will eventually cost you the domain.
SEO in 2026 — Answered Honestly
No — and be careful with anyone who tells you they are. Google confirms links remain a core ranking signal, and pages with strong link profiles get cited in AI answers more often, not less. What genuinely died is volume-based link building. A handful of relevant, earned links now outperforms hundreds of bought ones, and the bought ones can trigger spam systems.
GEO — generative engine optimisation — means being cited inside AI-generated answers rather than only ranking in the links below them. In practice it overlaps heavily with good SEO: clear structure, real expertise, valid schema, trustworthy sources. Be sceptical of anyone selling GEO as a separate product with secret files and special markup. Google has publicly said several of those tactics do nothing.
That is the signature symptom of AI Overviews. When Google answers the question at the top of the page, the click never happens even though your position is unchanged. Informational pages are hit hardest; commercial and transactional pages hold up far better. The fix is to be inside the answer, and to shift effort toward the pages where people still click to buy.
Yes, but fewer and better. Thin posts written to hit a word count now lose twice — they do not rank and they do not get quoted. What earns citations is original detail: your own data, your own examples, a genuinely clear explanation. Often the higher-return move is improving pages you already have rather than adding more that compete with each other.
No, and nobody can. Answer engines pick two to seven sources per response and change their selection constantly. What we can commit to is the work that demonstrably raises your odds — extractable structure, valid schema, entity clarity, original substance, real authority — and honest monthly measurement of whether it is happening.
