What we collect

We do not collect biometric data, geolocation beyond an approximate region from your IP, or any of the categories treated as sensitive under the CPRA.
Selling and sharing
We do not sell personal information and we never have. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We run no advertising pixels on this site, so there is no audience being built from your visit.
Because there is no sale or sharing, there is nothing to opt out of — but the right exists regardless and we will confirm that in writing if you ask.
Your rights
- Know what we have collected about you, and why.
- Delete what we hold, subject to records we must keep for tax and contract reasons.
- Correct anything inaccurate.
- Opt out of sale or sharing — not applicable here, as above.
- Non-discrimination. Exercising any of these changes nothing about the price or service you get. That is not a policy position; there is simply no mechanism by which it could.
How to exercise them
Email [email protected] from the address on your account. We respond within one business day and complete the request within 45 days, usually far sooner.
We verify by replying to the email address already on the account rather than asking you to send identity documents. If you use an authorised agent, we will ask for written permission from you before acting.
