Get help, fast.

No ticket queue and no chatbot. Whatever you send lands with a person. Here is the fastest route, and what to include so the first reply is a fix rather than a question.

Copy this, fill it in, send it

Four lines solve almost every fault on the first reply. Most delays are a missing detail, not a hard problem.

What actually happens:

Put site down in the subject line if a live site or store is not working. That jumps the queue.

What to send so we can fix it faster

1
The exact page addressCopy it from the browser bar rather than describing where it is. Two pages can look almost identical.
2
A screenshot or short recordingOn a phone a five-second video is usually clearer than a photo, because it shows what you tapped.
3
Your device and browseriPhone Safari, Android Chrome, Windows Edge. Many faults appear on exactly one of them.
4
What you expected to happen"The button does nothing" and "the button should open the enquiry form" lead to completely different checks.

Common issues you can fix yourself

Almost always browser caching. Hard-refresh with Ctrl + Shift + R on Windows or Cmd + Shift + R on Mac, or open the page in a private window. If the private window shows the new version, your browser was holding the old files and there is nothing wrong with the site.

Mark one as "not spam" — that trains your provider for future messages. If it keeps happening, tell us and we will check your domain’s email authentication records, which is usually the underlying cause.

Usually a local network or DNS problem on their side rather than a fault with the site. Ask them to try mobile data instead of wi-fi. If it fails on a different network too, send it to us and put "site down" in the subject line.

Use the reset link on the login page first. If the reset email does not arrive, check spam, then write to us from the email address on the account and we will help you recover it. We will never send a password by email.

Third-party platform faultsAn outage at your payment provider or hosting company is theirs to fix. We will help you identify it and chase them.
Anything needing credentials you have not given usWe will always ask rather than assume.
