Children's Privacy
This is a business-to-business agency site. It is not designed for children, not marketed to them, and we do not want their data.
Age limits
Our services are intended for people aged 18 and over acting for a business. Accounts, orders and the API are all business tools.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. We do not ask for a date of birth, because collecting it to check an age would mean collecting more data, not less.
If we find out
If we learn that a child under 16 has given us personal data, we delete it. No process to start, no form to complete. Email [email protected] from any address and tell us; we will find the record and remove it, and confirm in writing when it is gone.
For parents and guardians
If you believe your child has used this site and left personal data, write to us and we will remove it. You do not have to prove a relationship or provide documents — the risk of deleting something on a mistaken request is far lower than the risk of keeping a child’s data.
Client projects aimed at children
If we build something for you that will be used by children, the legal duties fall on you as the operator. We will raise it during scoping and build to the stricter standard: no behavioural tracking, no advertising identifiers, and data collection kept to the minimum the product genuinely needs.
