What we look for

Four things, and none of them are on a CV

We read work samples, not employment history. These are what we are actually reading for.

Judgement over tool lists

We care what you decided and why, not which framework is on your CV. Tools change every two years; judgement does not.

Writing that is clear

Remote work runs on written words. If you can explain a technical decision in plain English, you are already ahead.

Ownership without supervision

Nobody checks your hours. We agree what needs to exist and by when, then you own it.

Saying "I do not know"

The most useful sentence in this line of work. We would rather hear it early than discover it late.
