Refund Policy
Written plainly so nobody has to argue about it later. The short version: you pay for work delivered, and we do not keep money for work we have not done.
One-time projects
Builds are invoiced 50% to begin and 50% at handover.
| If you cancel… | What happens |
|---|---|
| Before any work starts | Full refund of the deposit. No fee, no questions. |
| During design, before build | We refund the deposit less the design time already spent, itemised in writing. |
| During build | The deposit is not refunded, and the second invoice is not raised. You keep everything produced so far, including source files. |
| After handover | No refund — the work is delivered and yours. Faults are fixed under the warranty below at no cost. |
Monthly services
SEO, marketing, content and care plans are monthly.
- Inside a minimum term (SEO has a three-month minimum), the remaining months are payable. That minimum exists because month one is heavy setup and results take three to six months to show.
- After the minimum, cancel with 30 days’ notice. The final month is payable and worked, not refunded and abandoned.
- Part-months are not pro-rated. The work is planned and produced in monthly cycles.
- You keep everything. Content, accounts, access and files are yours on the way out. Nothing is withheld to make leaving difficult.
Advertising budget
Your ad budget is never ours to refund. You pay Google or Meta directly and the money sits in your own account. If you stop, whatever is unspent stays with you. We never hold, mark up or invoice ad spend — see the Advertising Policy.
If something we built is broken
Faults in work we delivered are fixed free, for as long as you hold the version we handed over. That is not a time-limited warranty with a countdown; if we built it wrong, we fix it.
What is not a fault: a change of mind about scope, a new feature, a third-party platform changing its rules, or a problem introduced by someone editing the site after handover. Those are quoted as new work, and we will say so before doing anything.
How to ask for one
Email [email protected] with your order number. You get a decision within one business day, in writing, with the reasoning. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within five working days depending on your bank.
