Spend that comes back.

Ad platforms now bid for you automatically. That moved the job from managing bids to feeding the algorithm better data and better creative — and to proving, in pounds, that the spend returned more than it cost.

What decides it

Where paid advertising is won now

Automated bidding took the manual levers away. These six are what is left, and they are where the result is actually decided.

Tracking first

Conversion tracking is verified before a single pound is spent. If you cannot tell which click produced the sale, every optimisation after that is guesswork.

Creative at volume

Automated bidding removed the old manual levers. Creative is now the main variable you still control, so we produce real variants rather than one advert with the colour changed.

Audience and feed quality

Smart campaigns are only as good as what you feed them. Clean product feeds, accurate exclusions, and customer lists that are actually current.

Matched landing pages

The promise in the advert has to be the first thing on the page. Mismatch between the two is the most common reason a campaign with good traffic produces no leads.

Consent-aware setup

Consent mode and server-side events configured properly, so your measurement survives privacy changes instead of quietly going dark.

Cost-per-lead reporting

Spend, leads, cost per lead and cost per sale. Impressions and reach are context, not the score.

How it runs

From first call to profitable

Four stages. The first two weeks are for learning, and we say so up front rather than promising sales that will not arrive yet.

1

Account and tracking setupweek one

Before adverts run, conversions must be recorded accurately. Every optimisation that follows depends on this being right.

2

Creative and landing pagesweek one to two

Adverts and pages are built together as one message. We produce several creative angles because you cannot know in advance which one lands.

3

Launch and learningweeks two to four

We start deliberately small. The first two weeks gather data, not sales. Platforms need conversions before they can optimise anything.

4

Optimise and scaleongoing

Cut losers, feed winners, expand into new audiences and placements. Every change is judged on cost per lead, never on impressions.

Every month

Exactly what you get

Management is a monthly retainer. Your advertising budget is separate and always paid by you, directly to Google or Meta — we never mark it up or handle it.

Talk it through
  • Campaign build on Google, Meta, TikTok or LinkedIn — structured properly, with audiences, keywords and negatives
  • Verified conversion tracking — GA4, pixels and server-side events configured and tested, so every lead is attributed
  • Ad creative — copy, images and video edits per platform, with real variants to test rather than one execution
  • Landing pages built to convert the specific traffic each campaign sends
  • Budget management — daily pacing, bid strategy and spend controls so the budget lasts the month
  • Performance reporting — spend, leads, cost per lead and return, plus what we changed and why
Before you spend

Three things worth checking first

Paid traffic magnifies whatever is already there. If the page it lands on is slow or unconvincing, advertising makes the problem more expensive, not smaller.

1Is the landing page fast? Every second of load time costs you a share of the clicks you just paid for. Test the page you plan to send traffic to.
2Is conversion tracking real? Submit your own form and confirm the conversion appears in GA4 and in the ad platform. If it does not, the algorithm is optimising towards nothing.
3Do you know what a lead is worth? Without that number, no cost per lead can be called good or bad. It is the first thing we ask and the most common thing nobody has.

Questions

Answered honestly

Including the one where we tell you your budget is not ready yet.

It depends on click costs in your market, but campaigns need enough weekly conversions for the platform to learn. A small budget split across four campaigns starves all of them. We would rather run one campaign properly than four badly, and we will tell you honestly if your budget is not yet enough to be worth managing.

Usually one of three things. Tracking is not recording conversions, so the platform is optimising blind. The landing page does not deliver what the advert promised. Or the targeting reaches people who were never going to buy. We check those three in that order, because fixing the third without fixing the first wastes the money twice.

Follow your customer, not the trend. Google Ads captures people already searching for what you sell, so intent is high and competition is priced accordingly. Meta and TikTok create demand among people who were not looking. LinkedIn works for high-value business buyers and costs accordingly. Most businesses should prove one channel before adding a second.

We can work on a flat monthly fee or a percentage, whichever suits you. What we always do is keep the ad account in your name, so the data and conversion history stay yours if we ever stop working together. An agency that owns your ad account owns your history.

It can draft them, and we use it to generate variations quickly. What it cannot do is know which promise your business can actually keep, or which objection loses you the sale. The tool speeds up production; it does not replace knowing your customer.
